Richard was so patient and efficiently handled by complaint, he turned the bad experience I had with the initial move from BT to Imperial (which was nothing to do with Richard, he patiently listened to me complain for half an hour, then resolved it) into a pleasurable experience. Very pleased with Imperial in every way - horrendous issues with my earlier provider and will NEVER go back to them ever. Had an issue today with internet "dropping" but was able to get through and actually TALK to someone.... yes... TALK to someone unlike waiting on an automated machine. Friendly staff. Thank you!

Despite 'Imperial' not being that well known in this part of town. They have so far provided us with good services. The only problems I have had, was with internet which was dealt with over the phone, whilst being connected to the internet.

We came across Imperial by accident, they were the provider in a house we bought and the phone was the last thing we got round to sorting out. We rang our previous provider for a comparison and they wouldn't come down those last couple of pounds to match Imperial, so even though we didn't know anything about the company, we stayed - what did we have to lose, BT or Sky were only a phone call away. It is now been about a year or so and recently we switched our office Phone and Broadband to Imperial as well, we set the router up ourselves, it came ready to go and in ten minutes it was sorted, no loss of service - brilliant, as tech stuff isn't my thing!! We have No complaints whatsoever. The service is fast and efficient with text updates every now and then giving contact numbers in case of a problem, which thankfully we have not had to use. Outstanding for a Company we had never heard of........
